Seagoing Employee at Debmarine Namibia
Hilla started working at Debmarine Namibia in 2005 and was mainly involved with the Mineral Resources and Operations Departments of the company where she developed a background in Diamond Sorting and Short Term Mine Planning.
In 2016 she converted from an office based position to a seagoing position, where she was nominated to become a SHE Representative. This role and the marine environment has sparked a strong interest in safety awareness, hazard identification and possible chain reactions and outcomes of unresolved hazards.
